Nick is an accomplished litigator with substantial experience handling all aspects of cases from inception through trial. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and the defense of product liability matters for Fortune 500 companies, including chemical distributors, pharmaceutical and agribusiness companies, automobile manufacturers, heavy machinery manufacturers, and consumer goods companies. Nick draws on his extensive experience to inform his decisions and advice throughout any given case, seeking well-reasoned and novel resolutions that best fit his clients’ priorities and goals.
Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Nick was Senior Counsel at the Philadelphia office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP. He earned both his B.S. in finance and economics, magna cum laude, and law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
Nick is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Pennsylvania, and District of New Jersey. He was named a “Rising Star” by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for 2015-2018 and 2020-2023.
