Katie is a commercial litigator with a broad practice that has encompassed consumer protection, antitrust, labor and employment, and business tort matters. She has significant experience in the defense of class actions, most notably in a large antitrust multi-district litigation involving multiple classes of purported purchasers and State Attorneys General.  She has also conducted internal investigations and has guided clients through investigations of federal and state government agencies.  

Katie has a strong commitment to pro bono work and has achieved wins for clients dealing with housing, immigration, and discrimination issues.  She also has worked closely with the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund to secure name changes on behalf of many clients.

Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Katie was an associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.

Katie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, cum laude. She received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media &Entertainment Law Journal and the Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Sports Law Forum.  She is admitted to practice in New York state courts, the Southern District of New York, and other jurisdictions through pro hac vice admissions.
