Erin represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, energy, petrochemical, insurance, and entertainment. She has broad-based experience handling significant commercial disputes, as well intellectual property, business tort, real estate, environmental, and product liability matters. Erin has tried and arbitrated cases, and she has considerable experience arguing before state appellate courts. Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Erin was a senior litigation associate at a top national firm.
Erin graduated from the University of Richmond, magna cum laude. She received her law degree, with honors, from the University of Connecticut, where she was a published member of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. Erin won the Alva P. Loiselle Moot Court Competition and was a Top Ten Best Oralist at the John J. Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition.
Erin is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut and in the United States District Courts for the Districts of Connecticut and Massachusetts and the Southern District of New York. Erin enjoys giving back to the community through her extensive pro bono work, which has included representation of veterans and senior citizens.
