Tom is a commercial litigator, with experience in a variety of practice areas, including products liability, healthcare, securities, real estate, employment, consumer protection, and white-collar criminal defense and investigations. His practice has focused on litigating complex business disputes, consumer protection actions, and products liability claims.
Tom graduated in the top 5% of his class at Cornell Law School, where he received his J.D. magna cum laude. After beginning his career at Simpson Thatcher, Tom clerked for Justice Anne Patterson of the New Jersey Supreme Court and Judge Kevin McNulty of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Tom is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
