Haley is a commercial litigator with experience handling a wide variety of complex business disputes and tort claims for clients in a number of different industries, including financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and construction. Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Haley was a litigation associate at a top national law firm.
Haley received her law degree, with honors, from Emory University School of Law where she was the Articles Editor of the Emory Law Review. She also was a student advocate in Emory’s Human Rights Advocacy Program where she contributed to publications and studies on behalf of the Southern Poverty Law Center and The Carter Foundation, among others.
Haley is admitted to practice in the state court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
