The Firm regularly prosecutes and defends trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and trade dress claims before federal and state courts and arbitration panels. The Firm also handles domain name disputes and disputes involving claims for defamation, false advertising, cyber-squatting, and rights of privacy and publicity.

Recent Successes

Favorably resolving nine lawsuits filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against our client, a Chinese business-to-business e-commerce website, involving the client’s alleged sale of counterfeit luxury merchandise;
Favorably resolving trade secret misappropriation claims in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of our fintech client;
Favorably resolving pre-suit claims of patent infringement by our client, an international designer and manufacturer;
Successfully prosecuting trademark and unfair competition claims in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in favor of the Firm’s client, a manufacturer of cellular health supplements, against the client’s competitor;
Prevailing before the Supreme Court of New York (Rockland County) in an anti-cybersquatting lawsuit brought against one of the Firm’s e-commerce clients;

Prevailing before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in a patent infringement action against an international online gaming client; and
Successfully resolving pre-suit claims of trademark and copyright infringement by our client, an international designer and manufacturer of private label merchandise;
